WHO ARE WE?

Porpoise Bay Charters was started by husband and wife team, Kal Helyar & Ann Beardsell, in the spring of 1991.  We operate a year-round guest house and SCUBA diving charter operation.  We also feature kayak rentals and sightseeing tours April to October (although both can be arranged year-round).  Kal is a licensed captain as well as a licensed SCUBA instructor so you can be assured that your safety and comfort are our number one priority.  As our dive boats are frequently out on the water, they provide additional support to kayakers should the need arise (inclement weather etc).

Our current home-location is at the foot of Porpoise Bay, next to the Government Dock and the Lighthouse Pub.  The 4 acre waterfront property, cabins and large dock will enable us to serve your diving and kayaking needs even that much better. Join in the fun!!!!!
